Need to create a shipment to send a thank you or replacement box to a customer?
- Go to the Customer Details page (Click on a customer's name)
- Click on Action in the right hand corner
- Click on Add Shipment
- Choose the Product, Shipment Batch and Address to send it to
- Click on Confirm New Shipment
If you choose a subscription product, that shipment will appear in the same tab as your subscription products (on the Shipments page). If you choose a one-time product, that shipment will appear in the one-time product tab.
